My name is Cathleen Crowley Denbeaux and I am a former newspaper reporter. When I left the newspaper business, I decided to make pickleball my next career. I launched Pickleball518, a local pickleball newsletter that now has 3,000 subscribers. Then, I started running tournaments.

PickleVisor is not another newsletter about how to play pickleball. PickleVisor is for the people who run the game.

When I organized my first tournament, there were no resources on how to do it. I eventually found mentors to guide me, but PickleVisor is the community I craved and still yearn for. The mission of PickleVisor is to connect organizers, and share news, tools and strategies that will help us run better events.
